The UK self-storage market continues to grow in size and capacity. There are over 2050 self-storage facilities in the UK, with over 550 of these being containerized self-storage sites. It is a well-placed sector to deal with the economic uncertainty and challenges faced as a result of Covid 19 and the resulting economic downturn.

Our MD has over 40 years of experience in the container industry, and also runs a large self storage facility in Northampton. We therefore understand the importance of getting top quality, new containers for your site.
Customers have the choice to build from factory in China, so you can choose your specification of container. You can choose the following:
- PAINT COLOUR – BLUE? GREEN? GREY? PINK?? You decide.
- AIR VENTS– you can have up to 16 air vents if you want.
- FLOORING– choose from standard plywood, black sp coated ‘easy wipe’ floors, or go for the sustainable bamboo eco flooring.
*you can only choose your spec of container if you order a minimum of 20 x 20ft containers from factory.
We have recently supplied several new sites in the South of England with our brand new 20ft shipping containers.
To keep costs down, if you are ordering in bulk, we delivery using 4 or 5 trucks in one go, so we can get as many containers to you as possible over a one day period. We use two HIAB lorries to offload, and multiple flat- bed articulated trailers to deliver pairs of new 20ft containers in one go.
This is the most efficient way of delivering containers to self-storage sites. We’ve delivered over FOURTY new 20ft containers in one day before…!
We delivered 30 x 20ft new (1 trip) standard containers to this new site in Cambridgeshire. All units were RAL 5013 (dark blue), have 14 air vents, 3 locking bar ‘easy open’ doors and black sp coated ‘easy wipe’ hardwood flooring.
