Boxtor recently supplied a New (1 trip) only dark green RAL 6007 shipping container to a site in Colchester, fully kitted out internally with our ply line & insulation pack, along with our internal power and lighting pack.
About this project's requirements:
9mm ply line & rockwool insulation pack – installed at our local depot, ready for quick delivery. The thickness of wood is usually 9mm (standard), 12 mm (medium) or 15/ 18 mm (extra thick). Costs vary depending on the option chosen.
Benefits of ply lining & insulating your shipping container include the complete reduction in condensation build-up, preventing moisture or rain water entering the unit. The rockwool insulation fitted between the plywood and the shipping container wall ensures that the container remains a much more constant temperature.
Standard Electrics Pack:
This includes 2 x LED strip lights, 2 x Double Gang Power sockets and an External Power Connection. Internally, there is a consumer unit with a switchboard fitted.
