New (one trip) 20ft topper conversions:
These specialised container conversions are perfect for self-storage sites. They are designed to be placed on top of standard 20ft containers, and act as a further location for smaller storage units. The 20ft x 8ft containers are converted to leave a ‘walkway’ through the centre leaving two storage
rooms on the side.
For a self-storage company, these topper units are perfect for your site. They slot conveniently on top of your existing containers and provide added attraction for customers who are looking to store less. The central corridor is positioned strategically to allow numerous toppers to be sited in a long row on the upper level creating a long corridor of storage units.
Topper containers are interlocked using twist locks to securely connect them to the ground level containers. This ensures they do not move in strong winds and remain wind and watertight throughout their lifespan.
Although these topper units are originally designed for self-storage sites, they can fill a wide range of alternative needs and are perfect for small container projects.

To be aware of:
These units are fabricated at our UK based depots; however, we have to ‘cut’ into the sidewalls of a new 20ft and create the internal storage units using steel partitions.
China factory build?
Longer lead times for production as they are built at the factory and then freighted over with the shipping lines.
Quality of a factory-built topper is of an exceptionally high standard.
Can be more cost effective if ordering in large batches.
