The Task
CJRS Construction, a Cambridgeshire-based, family-run construction firm, required a cost-effective, office solution for their team members on a local bridge construction project.
The company needed a secure, accessible and weather-proof office unit that could be delivered quickly, without affecting the start date of their project. They approached BOXTOR to supply and deliver a storage solution that met their specific requirements.
the office cabin we delivered
- We supplied a 20ft used office cabin, refurbished to meet the client’s specific needs. The key features of this cabin included:
- Full Exterior Repaint: Exterior finished in dark green RAL 6007 to match the client’s existing units on site and blend with the external landscape
- Interior Cabin Refurbishment: We were able to provide a recently-cleaned, serviced office container which was fitted with LED strip lighting, electrical DG power outlets, insulation, and new vinyl flooring. The cabin was also equipped with canteen stainless steel sink, with water heater and a cabinet for storage.
- Security Features: The container was secured with 2x steel 10-point locking doors, lockable windows, and an anti-vandal design on both.
- Quick Turnaround: The office was fully repainted and delivered within 28 days.
- Environmentally Sustainable: Upgrading and modernising an older unit ensures a container is ‘repurposed’ and therefore you are not manufacturing a brand new one in the Far East.
