6’ & 8’ Standard Shipping Containers
Our 6ft and 8ft shipping containers are the smallest and most versatile sizes we supply in our extensive range. They are ideal for self-storage sites wanting to provide customers with a variety of storage unit options.
These practical, well built ‘mini’ storage units are perfect to go at the end of a container row, or in areas that are small enough to accommodate them, where larger units cannot go.

Why choose a 6’ or 8’ container?
They are a fantastic option for indoor and outdoor storage. These units can be positioned inside farm yard barns/ warehouses due to the fact telehandlers & forklifts can lift them and move them around on site, without the need of a HIAB truck.
These fully wind and watertight containers are often used by homeowners in need of extra self-storage also. They are ideal for storage of gardening equipment, bikes and work tools to name a few!
They are built to the following spec:
- Manufactured using Corten steel.
- Slimline Lockbox included.
- Marine grade plywood flooring.
- Multiple air vents.
- Green or blue colour choice.
- Fork lift pockets.
If you order a 6ft and 8ft standard as part of a mini set it can make delivery more affordable, as these units can be delivered to site inside each other on the same lorry. A telehandler/ forklift can easily position them on site once offloaded.
