As well as selling new and used shipping containers, Boxtor also has an extensive hire fleet of new (1 trip) and used (wind and watertight, with a lockbox fitted) shipping containers which are available for on site static storage. We supply these in 10ft, 20ft, 40ft lengths, in both standard height and high cube variations. If you need additional storage capacity on site as you simply don’t have enough space anymore, we have the ability to provide you with some of the best storage containers on the market.
If a specific colour is required, such as dark green (to blend in with countryside surroundings/agree with local town planning restrictions etc) then we can always accommodate this request! If you are looking to hire a container for a very long rental period eg 12 months +, and are storing valuable items inside such as furniture / electrical equipment/ high value machinery, then we will look to always provide a ex hire fleet grade or new grade container for your needs. New containers also come with the added benefit of having numerous air vents, easy open door handles and slimline lockboxes.
We deliver our units all over the UK with HIAB self-offloading crane trucks. You pay for your delivery and collection at the start of the rental, along with the first months hire. You are then billed in advance on a monthly basis until you no longer need the rental container!
All our hire containers come with a lockbox (steel security shroud) over the doors of the container so you can use your own padlock to securely lock the unit up. The lockbox prevents any easy access to the padlock. We recommend CISA locks or SQUIRE locks. We also supply Monteed locks, which we send out via the post to your site directly, if required.
